These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Dura Health Care.
Since the products are final ,we don't accept refunds or exchanges.
Also we don’t accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation , if you receive incorrect item contact us at
We don't accept damaged or defective item refunds after 5 days you received /No exceptions and will get back to you only if the item is eligible for return .
To be eligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition you received it.
If the item can't be replaced the purchase price will be refunded .
